I’m a mom, specialized in helping children sleep better, and I created Little Sleep Steps.
It’s a method clear, structured, and built to be followed without pressure.
What makes it work isn’t a “secret” or a magic promise. It’s the work behind the scenes: refining, simplifying, testing what’s actually realistic, and giving parents practical anchors a visual routine, small adjustments in the right order, and a calm, predictable framework.
We prefer to stay a little in the background so the essential thing can take the lead: what happens in your home at night, when bedtime starts to feel smoother and the whole evening finally gets lighter.
