At Little Sleep Steps, we back our digital sleep guides with a 30-night trial guarantee.

How it works

Use it: Follow the plan for 7 consecutive nights and use the provided tracker (to confirm the guide was used as intended). If you don’t see improvement, email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll help troubleshoot. If it’s still not the right fit, we’ll refund 100%.

Timeline: You can request a refund within 30 nights of purchase.

If after the 30-night trial you feel the guide didn’t meet your expectations:

with your order number and completed tracker.

We may offer troubleshooting tips to help you get the most out of the guide.

If you still wish to proceed, we’ll issue a full refund within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Digital products are delivered instantly; refunds are available only under the conditions above.

Requests after 14 days can’t be honored.

Fraudulent or repeated refund requests may be denied.
